To use GoFlowCRM, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable.
  • Upgrades/Downgrades: Plan changes will take effect immediately, and billing will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use GoFlowCRM for any unlawful purpose or to:

  • Upload or transmit any malicious code or viruses.
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of our platform.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GoFlowCRM are the exclusive property of GoFlowCRM and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoFlowCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GoFlowCRM operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
